Fax a completed registration form to (916) 394-0730. Phone registrations may be completed by calling a community center (phone listed below). Both fax and phone registrations must be paid with a credit card.
Walk-In
Registration will be taken at the following locations from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Please make checks payable to Southgate Recreation & Park District (SRPD). We also accept Visa and MasterCard. Cash will only be accepted during walk-in registrations.
General Class Information
- Pre-registration is recommended for classes to ensure space availability.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of registration. The Fun Factory After-School Program is billed on a monthly basis and registration must be completed on-site.
- Most classes are not held on legal holidays. Fun Factory is billed according to school schedules.
- Classes may be canceled if a minimum number of participants are not met.
- Southgate Recreation & Park District will not phone or mail class confirmations. Participants will be notified if the class is canceled or changed. Receipts are provided for walk-in registration. If registering by mail, fax or phone you may request a receipt be mailed to you.
- Refunds are granted at the discretion of the District, otherwise refunds will only be provided if an activity is canceled. Refunds take 30 days to process.
- The District reserves the right to cancel or change program offerings at any time.
