Join your friends for a low-impact workout that will increase your flexibility and range of motion while building cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength. Class is taught in shallow water and is suitable for all fitness levels.
Aqua Spin is an exciting cycling experience in shallow water that pairs the challenge of high-intensity cardio and full-body toning with the natural healing properties of the water. Spaces are limited, register early! Note: Rubber water shoes are required.
Float Fit – Returning Summer 2021!
Float Fit is possibly the most unique class that you’ll try this year, providing a core-engaging on-water exercise workout for participants. Our instructors will guide you through a variety of resistance exercises on a floating fitness mat. Standing and exercising on the floating mat will help develop your core strength and balance…not to mention that it’s fun! You may not even notice that you are exercising.
